Thanks Kathryn Fowler Moore for a Job Well Done
Henry “Hank” Hart IV was inducted as the 2023-24 President of the Rotary Club of Americus on Tuesday, July 11, along with his board of directors. He thanked Kathryn Moore for her outstanding leadership before addressing the club about his first introduction to Rotary by his grandfather, also a Rotarian. As a co-owner of The Kinnebrew Company, Hank understands the importance of customer service and about establishing a culture in the business, something he shares with Mark Miller of Chick-fil-A who addressed the leadership during President-Elect Training (PETS) in Atlanta earlier this year. In looking ahead, his vision is to improve on the culture of service above self and of fellowship. He is a firm believer that the members make the club what it is and hopes to ignite passion among Rotarians, link that passion to service, inspire members to participate and foster the cycle of giving, understanding that the more you give, the more you get back and the more meaningful one’s membership in Rotary becomes. It’s an understanding that we are all part of something much bigger than we can imagine and that we can create hope in the world by starting right here in our own community.
